In this case Advance tickets are non-refundable but you can still amend your ticket. Head back to the station you bought it from, where the Ticket Office team will be happy to help arrange an evoucher or paper Rail Travel Voucher for you.

You must have returned to the station no later than 6pm the day before travel in order to be eligible. Check our Ticket Office opening hours here. If it's after that time but still before your booked departure time, the station team can instead amend your ticket for a future date and time.
