Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about social justice and environmental initiatives. She enjoys spending time in nature and reading. During my career as an Organizer, I have successfully organized and brought Union to several establishments such as Novotel downtown, Travelodge Airport, Holiday Inn Toronto, as well as winning a three month strike at Holiday Inn Express Toronto. I have encouraged many workers from hotels, food services and gaming outlets to become vital in moving the Union agenda forward in their respective hotel as shop stewards.

As a newly elected equity committee board member, I intend to being the same drive and dedication to making sure that all groups play a vital role in our industry.
